Hello! My name is Andrew. I’m a Portland-based Senior Graphic Designer and Art Director with 8+ years of experience elevating brands, creating print materials and magazines, designing logos, crafting websites, and trying almost every other creative craft in my free time as I can manage.
After graduating from Oregon State University in 2017, I’ve honed my ability to create visually appealing marketing collateral for hundreds of different businesses and industries. I pride myself in the ability to jump into any business or brand and immediately adapt to their materials, goals, and visual identity. My current work involves book and magazine design for real estate offices, each publication filled with customized advertisements for local sponsors.

Relocation Magazines
From concept to printing to distribution at a large networking event, myself and the team designed the art assets, coordinated with outside vendors, and printed small booklets to be handed out to new homeowners.
Magazine Design for Real Estate Teams
Advertisement design for a wide range of printed and digital distribution. A majority of advertisement artwork was placed in magazines showcased at sporting events, handed out to homeowners, or shipped and delivered in direct mailing campaigns.

Throughout my career, I’ve designed small logos for hobby wineries, blue collar tradespeople, white collar financial professionals, software engineers, and a whole host of other companies in need of a brand refresh.

I’ve designed simple landing pages and e-commerce sites built using WordPress and Framer. These websites include not only fresh copywriting and marketing verbiage, but customized or updated imagery to better match the company’s new look.

In which I spent several hundred hours and an almost equal amount of money recreating one of my favorite sets of armor from the game series Monster Hunter. My costume has won several online and in-person costume contests, and stands proudly on display in my home.

I’ve been doing digital art and illustration since 2009 when I decided that I wanted to make comics. I no longer have such exhaustive aspirations, but I do regularly make illustrations for myself, friends, and the occasional commissioner looking to have their character brought to life.
